nice thing with alcohol is there are a variety of flavours to work with and savour. i keep intake down to keep tolerance effects low.

Post dough recipe?

>>4388245
They're cake donuts

1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. butter room temp
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 c. ap flour

sugar and cinnamon for dusting t your taste

Cream butter and sugar until it looks like wet sand, add in the eggs gradually while mixing or if using a stand mixer on low speed with a paddle attachment, add milk gradually, sift together the dry ingredients and add them in thirds to the wet waiting for it to be nearly fully incorporated before adding more.
Either remove from bowl and onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or so until it's come together, or use a dough hook attachment and use that to knead until it comes together.
Roll out to either 1/4" or 1/2" Donuts when fried will double in size or more, my picture was rolled out to 1/2 inch. Fry in batches at 350F and flip when they float

Vegan ice cream does not exist, it would have to be sorbet or something similar, almond/soy milk just don't work that well for 'ice cream'.

I see on a lot of food blogs doing "vegan" ice cream thats pretty much frozen bananas all mashed up with a topping or something. How the fuck does that constitute being ice cream?

Vegetarian "lasagna"
It's pretty good, tbh. I used my basic bolognese recipe but used mushrooms and zucchini in place of the meat. Not a vegetarian. Just felt like eating it.

>> No.4390974

>>4390210
It doesn't. But if you start off with coconut milk and maybe add some cashew milk you can end up with a decent vegan "ice cream" that's pretty close to the traditional stuff.

>> No.4390982

>>4390974

I had vegan "ice cream" at a vegan restaurant. Fuck that was disgusting. Had a terrible after taste too.
