Made some tonkotsu ramen from scratch this weekend and I must say I was rather pleased with the result. Sadly I didn't feel like making my own noodles because I don't have a pasta machine and making larger quantities by hand sucks.

a favorite packaged ramen of most koreans is called Shin Ramen. Package looks like pic. I'm not saying it's the best, but I like it because I grew up with it. It's got a decent kick to it.
