I've been growing out of my sweet tooth and now I can't stand milk chocolate. I think my preferred dark chocolate is 72%, but I like 62 for when I do want something sweeter. The only milk chocolate I like is Lindt, and I think that's mainly because of the texture.

I think that kind of happened to me with Lindt 90. I still taste the bitterness but now when I eat something like Lindt 85 it tastes incredibly sweet because I'm used to the more hardcore chocolate. A couple years ago I ate Lindt 90 for breakfast every day.
