I eat these with a spoon after I apply salt and lemon juice.
So fucking good.

I love avocados in things but can't quite get to like the flavor of it on its own. They're great in BLT's and sushi though...

And the spoonful of mayo where the pit used to be.

>> No.4004620

I mash them together with some oniony cream cheese for a delightful dip on some crackers.

I'm down with the spoon part.

Try balsamic vinegar tho.

Try scooping out the meat and mashing it up before adding the lemon juice, then dip tortilla chips in it

I call it "guacamole"

My friend made this for me once as part of a dinner after I picked her up from the next town over. I had always found the taste of avocado to be a little rich for my palate but eaten this way it is straight up delicious.

>mfw warm avocado

When I make chicken salad or tuna salad, I use mashed avocado instead of mayo. Sometimes I have to really beat the shit out of the avocado to get it to the right consistency, but oh my god does it taste good.

I really like it that way too, but I found out that, provided you're out of lemon, salt alone will do in a pinch

Sounds tasty

Does anyone have the recipe for the eggs-baked-inside-avocado?

Or do you just put an egg in an avocado and throw it in the oven?

Pretty much, the only variable is the heat of the oven. Here's one rendition:
