Ohgodgurl

I keep making English Breakfest each morning (tea, toast, baked beans, [sunny side up] eggs, apple and greek yogurt). It's so fucking good and fills me up so well.

Picture related, my finished bowl.

Is there anything else easy to make for breakfest that is just as tasty? Do you have a preferred style of english breakfest, or have a favorite item of breakfest?

I figured I'd ask, since english breakfast can be comprised of many different foods can't it?

English Breakfast =/= eggs and beans

Also
>yoghurt
>apple

wtf.

My breakfast of choice lately has been scrambled eggs on toasted sourdough english muffin, a small chopped potato skilleted up with some olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika, and a few maple sausage links if I'm feeling sexy. Plus tea, sometimes coffee if I'm in for a long day

Your Full English is all fucked up. Here's what you ABSOLUTELY must have.

Sausage
Bacon
Eggs (fried or scrambled)
Beans
Toast & butter
Fried mushrooms
Fried half tomatoes
Cup of English Breakfast tea

Optional extras;
Black Pudding
Sugar for tea (if you're a child or hungover)

Never put these in a Full English;
Apples
Yogurt

If you want a meal with apple in it, have a ploughman's lunch

>ploughman's lunch

I thought a Ploughman's lunch was a pickled onion, a block of cheese, a chunk of bread with butter, some kind of meat, and a pint of beer.

It is, but it also includes an apple and salad.

Welsh brekkie is god mode. Basically an english brekkie but with black pudding and laverbread (boiled seaweed)

This reminds me of a thread a while ago by a trip user who posted his 'English breakfast'. An English breakfast isn't just traditional breakfast items added together. The instant I saw this photograph, I doubted that it was really an English breakfast. For instance, why are you eating it with a spoon and fork?

Apple and greek yoghurt are not additions that go into a English breakfast. I mostly agree with

, however, I believe an English breakfast essentials are smaller

Sausage
Bacon (Must be British bacon, not streaky bacon)
Eggs (fried, poached or scrambled)
Baked beans
Toast & butter
Cup of English Breakfast tea

A typical ploughman's sandwich you can get in the shop is a cheese sandwich with an apple relish. Sometimes it also comes with a salad.

I never knew I was so wrong about English breakfast..

>>3979649
I ate it with a fork and spoon because I spoon'd the beans into the bowl, and fork'd around the eggs a bit while they were frying.

I'll write down these lists and prepare an actual, full, English Breakfast soon enough.

>> No.3980529

Egg
Sausage
Bacon
Fried Bread or Bread and Butter
Fried Mushrooms
Black Pudding
Hash Brown
Baked Beans
Chips
Fried Tomato if I'm in the mood

Glass of either Orange Juice or Coffee

That's my ideal Full English. Rarely have the full works, but any combination of this will do nicely.
