Half beef, half pork.
I've already eaten beef with cream saue a couple of times and it always tasted nice.

You have peppers and tomatoes...DAMMIT make a red sauce....roast them, peal them and simmer slowly with some garlic and the white of the onion then add the green part at the end; serve over rice and just drink the damn milk.

there are plenty of cream sauces that go with beef, dunno if i've ever seen a cream meat sauce though. you could add a little bit of the cream to the red sauce though.
