Well, the way I see it is that the sale of the meal forms a sort of contract between customer (OP) and restaurant (Arby's).
You pay for the meal and are tasked with coming to get it, but nowhere is it ever stated that you have to get it in a certain timeframe. Even if that's after the store closes for the day, if they haven't provided the paying customer with their food, they haven't fulfilled this contract, so they should be beholden to providing the ordered meal the next day. OP's circumstances don't matter, what if he was rushed to a hospital or some shit instead of being a drunk faggot?

Sounds like a shit location, mine are always molten because I think they don't bother holding them off-peak times. Although when they had the boneless wings, those were always cold for some reason, I'm not sure if it was just them dumping the sauce straight from the fridge on it or what.
