Mostly home brew. But I really like Cooper's Vintage. They only release a limited amount once per year, and it's bottle-conditioned which means it actually gets better over time if you cellar it, like wine. It uses Talus hops which are popular for American lagers, but it's very much an ale. Very special.

Asahi. I'll drink pretty much any beer just cause it's beer, but I almost never enjoy the taste, but there's just something about Asahi that makes me go "Damn, that is one tasty beer." Asahi is the only beer I would drink not to get a load on, just for the pure epicurean pleasure.

Lil B from Evil Twin Brewing. I had it twelve years ago for the first and only time while celebrating my 18th at Cannibal NYC. I was eating a whole pork head. But the beer was the best part of the meal. I live in the south now, but I will find this beer once again.

Hibiscus is a god tier beer flavoring. One of the best beers I ever had was a one off promo from Firestone Walker for Crimson Peak, just a hibiscus lager I think. Never been able to find anything like it.
