it's not even mozzarella lol not to mention the crust. this is basically what you get in 9 out of 10 small town italian restaurants here in germany (lots of italian immigrants). only big cities have good or god tier pizza.
i think it's because nobody who's a little ambitions wants to live in small towns or villages so this is the result.

the 'ndrangheta might be another reason seeing how lots of italian places only operate to launder mafia money here
