I've been trying to make my chicken salads more interesting. I don't like mayo so I use a small amount of Caesar. What else can I add to complement the flavors from the chicken, onions and celery?

the real question would be...why are you eating chickens? Bird eating is something only poor people do when they can't obtain real meat, because chickens are worth much more as egg producers.

Whatever you do, you have to yell BAM as you do it. That's the only way to truly kick your cooking up a notch.

the oignon and celery need to be cut very finely, you want a light crunch now a whole mouthful of stringy celery.

also a squeeze of fresh lemon, and lemon pepper in general is fantastic
