When the words flash by that fast, including every repeated word and stutter, it's difficult to actually process fully for comprehension. Could I read every word that flashed on the screen? Yes. Could I actually follow what was being said without rewinding it a couple times? No. Maybe it's different when there's audio involved, but especially in a silent clip that style of subtitles is absolutely awful brain cancer.

The better ones are where they have a sentence at a time on screen and highlight the words as they're said. Still unnecessarily over-stimulating and distracting, but at least you get enough words at once to actually process it as more than just individual flashing words the first time around.

Or is it the one I beat for five thousand dollars?

He thought he had 'caine but it was gold medal flour.

Reach under my seat, grabbed my popper for the suckers!

Ain't no use to be lying, I was scareder than a motherfucker!

But they're laughing at my cheeseburger and Milkshake so thick!

If it's going down let's get this shit over with.

Here they come, just like I figured.

I got my hand on the motherfucking trigger. (Also my other hand on my burger)

What I saw'll would make your ass start giggling.

Three white, crippled, and crazy senior citizens.

I live by the sword. (And by the burger)

I take my boys everywhere I go,
Because I'm paranoid.

I keep looking over my shoulder and peeping around corners.

My burger playin’ tricks on me!

Inspired by this thread I decided to try to copy it at home. Fried in pork fat and onions fried a little bit in the pan, not long. I like my burgers on the rarer side so I didn't cook mine as long as they do. Also I'm sure i got a better sear. Since pasteurized process cheese product isn't common here I used cheese.

I really liked it. Being this simple you can really focus on enjoying the meat, which I like with a burger. Toast was definitely better than using a bad quality bun.

10/10, will make again.

>historical accuracy
Meat, tomato and sliced bread does not need to look like this. Even out the meat so it’s not just a fat puck with a bunch of bread overhang. Slice the tomato thinner or remove the terrible white part. Serve it on anything but the cheapest possible paper plates that only make it look like more of a soggy mess. This is just insulting to their customers.

This looks way better from a food photography standpoint but obviously still very messy to eat. And you need to love tomatoes for this to be appetizing.

Part of the appeal of tomatoes and lettuce on a burger is the coolness complementing the warm meat and cheese, at least for the first few bites. With this the whole thing is just tepid?

I get what you're trying to say, but I'd assume asking for my burger to be cooked to 160F internally would get me odd looks and in general asking for "medium" gets me close enough whereas asking "well done" seems to always invite my burger being overdone. It's a risk I accept and live with. Besides, if it doesn't kill me I can sue for money.

If this is a genuine question, as a rule of thumb airborne viruses are transmitted by spit and phlegm, and the amount of contaminant matters. Wearing something over your face will prevent high-velocity particles from leaving your mouth, but if you can breathe through the weave it's probably not going to do anything against particles fine enough to stay floating around in the air for long periods. I'm not quoting any public health bulletin at you, I would have thought this was common knowledge before the pandemic showed it's really not.
