I looked up the restaurant on the paper. It's their Sopranos sandwich, so sweet capicolla, roasted peppers and fresh mozz which you can see on the bottom there in the italian bread roll. The book was a clue.

I don't know why marinated bell peppers are always included on these sandwiches, pepperoncini or cherry peppers are what we actually eat

i do put peperoni sott'olio and its pretty good on sandwiches
