I like SPAM but want to try something different. What is the best alternative flavor of SPAM?
Thank you,

Gee, I don't know. Maybe I should go on spam.com and look it up for you.
I'm kinda mentally slow, and I think that's a great idea.

Fuck you

Oh, sorry. I thought you were one of the thousands of people that come to /ck/ and ask other people to do the mind numbingly simple things that they could do for themselves.

European here, what the fuck even is spam. Is it any good. I've heard it's pig shoulder?? sounds like a pretty boring cut of meat to me.

Corned beef, tushonka or whatever it's actually called in english

You're a European. You probably use pig assholes as sausage casings.
Shut the fuck up.

Yeah, tell me that Europeans never used intestines as sausage casings. Do it. Prove me wrong.

Anyone try the flip Spam? I've seen it at Asian markets before

But anyway OP
>Spam With Bacon
Almost imperceptible taste difference, maybe a little saltier
>Spam Lite
A little firmer and less fatty, but also very similar to Spam
>Spam Hot & Spicy
Exactly how you think, pretty good but the same as adding a little Louisiana-style hot sauce
>Spam Hickory Smoke
Smoked Spam! This one is great

Spam reduced sodium. Recently at Costco in a 6 pack for $2.30 a can.

Spam is great. Tried the flavored kinds and didn't really like them, good old regular Spam is the best for me. I made candied spam (cube it and fry it, then candy it in some brown sugar in the pan) and chocolate chip cookies, was very good (to me). My father thought they were disgusting and was feeding them to the dog. I need to make my own, then my spam addiction can go unabated by time, distance, local supplies, or cash in my pocket.

anon OP asked for the best flavor, not how many flavors there are. what would be the point of looking at the website when that wouldn't give him the actual answer he was looking for? just say you've only had classic spam and leave it at that, there's no need to be passive aggressive about it.

What's up with reduced/low-sodium alternatives to high-sodium foods? They taste the same to me, so why ever buy the regular ones? Maybe I'm just lucky to have an un-nuanced palate.

Salted potted meat, it's alright occasionally but it's super fucking salty

>> No.19709906

>>19703874
It's decent meat, but a little slimey, and super fucking salty. Cut it about as thick as you want, and fry it on the stove like bacon. Make it as crisp as you want, but I do recommend you put it on a paper towel, or do something about how much grease it will have. You probably wanna put it on some bread, or make something that helps deal with salty, greesy food. Alternatively fry it like you would using panko/breadcrumb, with some egg and seasoning, and once again let dry.
You can do a lot with it, just take note of the salt.
