It's not good by itself, oat water is dishusting. They are adding additives for the taste.
In fact there are barely any oats in your oat "milk".

i've never had 'oat milk'
but 'oat tea' is really really nutty and delicious.
soak the oat groats in water for several hours.
and toast them on cast iron til they get nicely brown and the nutty smell fills your whole kitchen.
and then pour boiling hot water on it like you make tea.
extremely delicious oat tea
and then you can consume the actual oat groats that are also very filling and delicious.
