I tried using oxtail for my meat sauce (tomato) a few months ago, and it was by far the worst meat I've used. Made the sauce horribly greasy (even with skimming the fat multiple times), and the flavor was meh at best. Complete waste of the 7 hours it took to reduce.

Actually, it does change overnight. People's expectations with a new political party drive economical changes. Gun sales go up with Democrats in office. The stock market fluctuates with expectations of the richfags and traders. People change their spending habits based on how shit of a president they think they will have.

Then you get governmental actions that follow. Biden basically nuked the oil and gas industry by refusing to permit them for anything right off the bat, so gas shot up wildly. And then Biden sold off the reserves meant for Americans to China. And when gas goes up, all the shit tied to gas for transportation ALSO goes up. Everything else is the current president & political parties fault, especially 1 year into the term after seasonal stuff is over with from the previous term's effects.
