I put my noodles in a microwave bowl with some frozen prawns and frozen soy beans, then cover them in boiling water and microwave. Then I drain them and mix in the oil, sauce and flavour packets. A boiled egg or 2 on the side.

I put pees corn and carrots and the seasoning in the water and bring to a boil. Add noodles boil for 3 mins , then I usually top with a sardines or bacon , fried eggs , scallions and kimchi.

I only eat 2 meals a day so I really need it to be a full meal.

you don't put things on noodles unless it's a sauce.
everything else goes in the noodles.

The whole point of Ramen is to be brainless. If I wanted extra ingredients I'd make stir fry.

I've started slicing up a hard boiled egg and putting it in. Spring onion too one time. It's nice to have something of substance other than noodles in the bowl, I imagine adding meat is also great but that's getting too high effort for instant ramen for me.

I found a grocery store selling the "rare" Maruchan flavours the other day, and it was like striking gold.

I remember when the ramlette was the hottest shit. I still occasionally make one, as many years ago as this guide was made. I think I first saw it in 2007.
