Yeah, you really don't need three meals a day. It's the snacking that really turns you into an obese fuck though. Every fat ass you know is snacking constantly, they say they only eat two or three meals a day and they're always SUUUPPERR healthy, yet they just somehow can't lose weight. They're so fat brained that they genuinely don't even register eating a mini bag of doritos, a bowl of cheese doodles, 3 cookies, a bowl of cereal, the whatever faggot name the large size is at Starbucks of pure sugar, whipped cream, and caffeine, and the 4 cans of soda they drank between 8 am and 5 pm as eating in their minds. If it wasn't hot food on a plate then they actually do not consider it as eating a meal and can't understand that it's contributing to them weighing 300 lbs. You can eat 2-3 meals a day and even have dessert after dinner every night and at worst you'll probably just be kinda skinny fat if that's really all you're eating. Once you start regularly snacking in between meals it's over for you, you will be built like a beach ball in a year.

Smoking weed had me eating an absolutely unreal amount of food. Like to the point that it was uncomfortable to keep eating but I just wanted an endless amount of food. Luckily I'm tall and have had a fairly high metabolism all my life and I also get sick of basically anything after binging for long enough so I've stopped before I gained much weight, but I can't imagine being someone who gets high every single day for years and not becoming an absolutely disgusting landwhale.

It's probably slightly better for their overall health, cutting out the extra caffeine, and having slightly less acidic drinks, but yeah, replacing soda with juice isn't going to make a difference in your weight. It could be a good step in the right direction though, maybe eventually they'll switch from juice to drinking water. Things with deceptive labels too, the Vons/Signature Select brand of frozen pizza is 360 calories per serving but the serving size is "0.17 pizzas." That's 2160 calories in a not-even-that-big pizza. One weird one would be hot pot bases.
