This one is actually good. There's a themed restaurant in Japan that serves those dishes and its always packed out. This cookbook is based because it was made by actual chefs and not some random egirl. It gives good guidance on a range of irl global cuisines even if you don't want to add the weeb flourishes, because the regions/cultures in the game are based on real world cultures.
