the guy who rolls sushi at my local grocery store used to be some chef at a fancy restaurant in dallas for like, 25 years. i have no idea why he makes sushi for a grocery store now but he is so fucking meticulous with it it's insane. just some random small town grocery store but the guy makes slayer sushi.
