There was a while where I was doing OMAD eating mostly steak and eggs with blanched broccoli, and the rest of my calories throughout the day was alcohol. I like blanched broccoli because it gets rid of the raw flavor, but it stays crunchy and preserves the nutrients.

I kinda did OMAD and had to switch to a mix of liquor and beer, mostly just cause I really enjoy drinking a beer and fucking hate liquor. A good beer to go for is Michelob Ultra Pure Gold, because it’s only 85 calories and pretty drinkable. Count the calories of your beer and it’ll be an eye opener. If you can manage to use the treadmill for 30-60 minutes a day, eat one large meal and watch the caloric count of your drinks you’ll lose weight. Though for me it didn’t last, after getting lean I’m now the fattest I’ve ever been!
