Post em, lads

Amadiller eggs:

Cap & core yer peppers then stuff em with cream cheese. Dice up onion an bacon and mix into the sausage. Cover each pepper in a 1/4 - 1/2 in of sausage. Grill and top with some cheddar when it's bout done.

I did this once but wrapped the bacon over the sausage. it was very delicious but I think I overlooked it or did too hard of a smoke. im gonna make ribs this weekend, the 3-2-1 rib method makes for delicious ribs every time

They're passable on the grill, but a couple hrs in the smoker is where they really shine. I just grill on one of them smoker grills 55gal drum ones I got from the trailer park tweaker/welders. Those I'd be cooking on the low heat smoker side while I'm tossing a few brisket on the hot side for >>19087962
sausages. Also I found that sometime the sausage gets a bit weird if you wrap it in the bacon so I started just mixing it in.

I make a great mustard potato salad, I don't eat meat so I'd make a giant batch, set a small bit aside, then have my girlfriend cook up some bacon and crumble it in the rest. Whole grain mustard, red wine, shallots, fresh herbs. Recipe varies depending on what I can get. Yellow potatoes seem to work the best. Might even make some succotash. If any vegetarian/vegans/straight up faggots will be there I might smoke some marinated tofu and bring it. I also have this rum cocktail I make with pineapple and a might bring a batch.

Beans are forgiving, get a can of Bush's baked beans, throw some dried minced onion in there with a few splashes of any traditional hit sauce and people will think you paid $4 a can instead of $2.
