I ate 1kg of ice cream in one-ish sitting (like within 2-3 hours. I guess to normies this isn't actually "one sitting"). Then, within 24 hours, I ate another pound of ice cream.
The astonishing, I didn't extremely burst my days calories, as the 1kg of ice cream only amounted to about 2500 kcal. And I didn't eat much, or low-calorie, the rest of the day. Ice cream is the only goyslop I buy.
