My parents were given some "Ribeye."

I work at a grocery store and my opinion on it is that it has to be pork, curious as to what you guys think.

Factory farm pigs have been bred to be lean. You can still find heritage pork that is a bit better but it's still not marbled quite to the extent of good beef. Pigs just seem to store their fat different.
