I dont know how its in other yuro countryies, but all those american chainds like mcdonalds/kfc/burger king/etc here started getting really fucking expensive recently... like, a combo menu in one of those is almost the price of a good meal in an actual restaurant nowadays. Wasnt the whole point of fast food to be cheapo, quick slop to get on the go or when you are broke? No wonder turks and arabs are dominating the fast food everywhere nowadays, id rather eat a huge kebab for like less than half the price and it would probably even be healthier for you too

Try it with canned coconut milk and sugar. Tastes really good. Or go all in and make mango sticky rice. Bloody easy to do in the cheapest rice cooker and tastes brilliant. Made some for breakfast. Lovely.

250gr of short grain rice ( sushi rice is cool, just don't get basmati or some shit)
One liter of milk, whole milk is better but i have only half and half now
Some vanilla, vanilla extract is fine but i happen to have some dried ass vanilla bean
Sugar to taste, i usually put like 30gr

Pour the milk,sugar and vanilla in a pot ( i like my cast iron, but any pot would do as long as you put it on low heat and stir)
When it about to boil, add the rice and stir well
Put a lit, lower the heat on a gentle simmer and see you in half an hour

If anyone ever overcooked the rice (which would be a SHIT ton) we were bascially forced to eat it for family meal at the end of the night for a couple days. They would make rice...uuh pourage kinda.
