I can't believe this guy made this absurd video. A quesadilla is such a low-effort and simple meal that following a recipe is ridiculous. No, making your own tortillas isn't any better than store brought. Marinating your chicken is a complete waste of time because of the taste comes from what you put in the quesadilla. If you want flavor from your meat then cut up some steak.

Just buy some store brought tortillas, grill up your protein of choice, and experiment with cheeses, seasoning and sauce. It isn't rocket science and quesadillas are cheap and easy enough to make that fucking one up isn't that big of a deal.

I made the recipe from this video before. Instead of chicken, I used some leftover breakfast sausage I had in the fridge. It was really good. The homemade tortillas of course make it much better.
