Stories, let's go. For me it was 8 plates at an all you can eat Indian buffet. There is nothing that gets my mouth salivating like a $14.99 all you can eat buffet with spicy butter chicken, garlic naan, veggie pakoras and samosas. Why is Indian food so good? Maybe it's because I live in a cold city with constant rain and this is pure comfort food.

Before anyone asks, yes I am obese. This was at my lowest point and I felt horrible at the end of the day. I wasn't even hungry it was just emotional eating. I'm a weak piece of shit who couldn't even go 1 week into his new years resolution to diet properly. It's unironically over for me. I've passed the 300lbs mark I'm a balding manlet to top it off. I'm just going to embrace this until I die a premature death, fuck it, life isn't worth shit anymore anyway. It's all bullshit.

I can't do it didn't you read my post whore? I have failed and have no willpower. I've been to /fit/ nothing works I have no mental capacity to embrace torturing my body (yes for me eating less and eating "healthy" is basically a form of torture). My body is so accustomed to eating salty, fatty, sugary things that anything else is miserable to me. The healthiest thing I've eaten this week is crab cake and those were deep fried and I ate 8 of them in one sitting. IT'S OVER for me. Btw how tf would I even do yoga? I'm fucking 312lbs. This is why women should not be allowed on the internet. Fuck me.

I was once invited to this crazy banquet that entailed something like a 20-course meal. It wasn’t the actual reception, but it was in association with a wedding. I gather that the banquet cost something like $30k; several hundred dollars per guest.

In the past I used to drive through 3 or more drive thrus to get enough food for one meal

I used to eat 50 wings at a single sitting when they were cheap

I used to go to a Thai restaurant and eat three entrees in one sitting.

I dont leave my house much to eat anymore, so mainly I eat pizza, take out chinese, or door dashed burritos and nachos. I can eat an extra large pizza and a large cheese sticks in one sitting. I usually order about $60 of chinese take out and make one meal plus a snack out of it. Pic related is one of my Chinese orders.

Hopefully I die soon.

>What's the most amount of food you have ever eaten in a single day?
I don't know the answer to this, but there was a period of my life where I would regularly eat a whole large pizza by myself. I would lay in bed all day, and when I'd finally get up in the afternoon/evening I would order a pizza and eat it with beer. Sometimes I'd have hot cheetos at the same time. Would watch The Secret World of Alex Mack on a dvd I'd bought while doing this.

Damn. I'm fat, about 206lbs at the moment, and I can barely eat one entree at a Thai place without feeling sick from being too full. I don't really eat very much but for some reason I can't lose weight unless I legit starve myself (1k calories a day) and I just can't bring myself to do it because I get terrible headaches from it. I don't mind feeling hungry, but the headaches really get to me. I used to eat like you did long ago, and I was about 300lbs. I lost 100lbs a few years ago and now I can't seem to get under 200 for whatever reason. Just been stuck. Kill me.

>>18792273
Your post is hilarious, I actually laughed out loud and showed my roommate. I can't believe anyone can eat so much, even at their fattest. At my fattest I might have eaten like 30 chicken nuggies in one meal, and that's it.

1 week is a start. You relapsing is par for the course. Habit building is about how many days you do the thing you want to do, not keeping score on how many days you cold turkeyed something.

This wasn't a defeat, but a setback. You just get back to doing what is right.

A couple years ago, I went on a weekend exercise with my local homeguard company. According to my smartwatch I had burned nearly 10.000kcal per day, and we barely had time to eat. So on my way home I dropped by a local McDicks, ordered eight cheeseburgers, ate that, ordered a large double big tasty menu with extra cheese and bacon to go. I devoured that menu at home, and after a trip to the toilet a couple hours later I ended up ordering two kebab-salad pizzas from the local shop too. I have never felt so ravenous before in my entire life.
