I want to start eating liver but cooking it seems like so much effort compared to peeling open a can of sardines. Is the nutrition worth it?

yes, but that won't make a difference to your lazy ass

absolutely

you can start with chicken livers(and hearts), no need to chop them and they cook easier and quicker, then level up to pork and beef liver

I'm eating a shitload of liver and hearts. The thing that stresses me out is meal planning or cook planning to be more accurate. The organs have a limited fridge life and the amount I buy can last a week, but the stuff will go bad in 3 days. I have to cook the entire thing and freeze it which means I have to get containers clean and ready and separate portions with parchment paper so they don't freeze into an ice block. That can be a little tricky to do sometimes...when I'm a lazy ass.

dont do that either, excess consumtion of liver is not good for you either, you wont turn into that meme fuck liver king by eating lots of it and if anything you might get iron poisoning
i had a retard friend who almost killed his dog this way, thinking liver would be a great meal for it to "GET BIG AND HEALTHY" and feeding it everyday

What's excess for a human isn't the same as for a dog.

Why not buy less?

obviously, retardbro
but if he eats human-sized portions with live every single day, he might get some negative consequences...
