True, imagine if we had humans on a leash for our Christmas toys. Revolting.
Where does the cat come into all this? Only bears are sentient? Is this a Planet of the Apes style situation or have bears always been the dominant species? Is this Earth? There's also a picture of a polar bear on all fours, leading further into the possible bear hierarchy/social caste/master and slave system. They've clearly reached technology that is just 50 or so years shy of ours judging by the radio and the model ship. Should be be prepared for a bear invasion? Is this how the world ends? I support my right to bear arms but I will under no circumstances be arming bears, they know too much

There's a certain savory quality to it that can be a little harsh, but they're also made to be aged, so that should mellow it out. I've been buying 2 each year since last year so I can have one that year and stick the other in the pantry for 2 years.

not in my opinion, i actually only bought the 15y once and decided never again (maybe i got a bad bottle but it tasted like nail polish remover)
El Dorado makes a bunch of different rums so the 15 years is not actually the same recipe as the 12 year.
The 8 year is pretty good for a cheap rum, its a lot like the 12y but very dry and not sweet at all

>> No.18746777

Based anon, El Dorado 8 year has been my jam for a while now. I've also bought 5 year when in a pinch since it's nearly 10 bucks cheaper where I'm at. 5 year is fine if you're trying to save money I guess but overall I'd rather spend extra for the 8 year.

I was going to buy yamazaki 12 after a hiatus of it being unavailable and going up 3x in price but got Legent instead. I've done sampled the yamazaki, at least ten bottles worth by my own reckoning, and it were sublime before and during the price hike. This regento is a high hye bourbon with a heavy mizunara and sherry cask finish and its in the same territory, it's like fighting cock went to college and got a doctorate in japanese studies. I will henceforth recommend it to no one to keep the price down and hoard it all to myself.

> " i like to drink to, just take two B complexes a day, increase your salt intake and greatly increase your water intake. you'll just piss out what you don't need"
and it really helped, most negative symptoms from drinking are from electrolyte imbalance so some cream of tartar for potassium, Epsom salts for magnesium, table salt and a B complex plus proper hydration and you're good to go.

County of origin, type of sugar cane byproduct used (cane juice, sugar, molasses, other), still used (pot, column, both) and aging are the most important factors. Good luck finding most of that out with your average rum. Agricole is a legal term and usually means cane juice and a vegetal and herbal flavor. Age means little because it's so hot in the tropics and some of the barrel houses are at high altitude.

You're retarded, it was actually the opposite. Things were so bad that the government had to intervene with the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897, because whiskey was constantly adulterated with other substances and watered down, as there was no quality control.

Sorry to ask in this thread but where is the lemon pig thread? I meant to check earlier but got sidetracked. Did I miss it? I thought people would be making them all day.

Normally would be like >>18757773, but I stopped drinking entirely for the sake of physical health, so I replaced it with edibles this year. Started off with a whole bag of pic related with a nice fatty homemade dinner, and then once the effects started hitting a had a "Goobie" apple gummy, and later in the night had some "Wana Yuzu" gummies. If you are looking for strong audiovisual stimulation those incredibles are pretty good, the wanas are more relaxing.
Great evening listening to music and hanging out with friends, and unlike with booze I actually woke up feeling good instead of trashed.

There's actually a lot to talk about with edibles if you care about subjective taste and cooking methods, but admittedly I would just prefer to down an edible concentrate like an RSO and get the maximal psychoactive effect.
