sandwhiches, hotdogs, hamburgers, canned stuff

most things i make arent full meals like meat/starch/veggies when you were kids at home
most things that can be made in a pot or frying pan are usually single serve stuffs
i count leftovers as something big cooked that you have to reheat, not separately cook each day(like hotdogs for example)

most times i have to reheat something takes 5 minutes yet i can wash a pot or pan in half that time and then cook a new meal on them
i can cut down on dishes by cooking my meat and veggies at the same time in a frying pan too for many dishes and they can easily be enough for one meal
i dont home make chili or soups or something like that could be a multiday leftover thing

People who have trouble with basic activities of daily living are often insufferable type A yuppies living in their mortgaged house in the suburbs, working some bullshit job in the city, who spend 2 hours a day stuck in traffic.

You know I'm right. You know this is the reason it's "impossible" to them, although it may be more likely (given where we are) that they are actually the children of these pointless people who instead spend 10 hours a day watching YouTube videos of people playing video games.

I cook at least one meal for myself every day, and the rest is still wholefoods. I'm not even counting stuff that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare: A tin of baked beans, porridge, a banana and mango smoothie, whatever; hell, even a steak and a salad is about ten minutes.

Pork, cooked beef and chicken are good for 3 days.

There is nothing wrong with leftovers and that doesnt need to mean eating the same thing everyday. Just be smart and cook the expensive bulk items separate.
You could grill a bunch of chicken one night and have a piece with some grille squash (cheap and easy). The next day buffalo chicken wrap for lunch. Dinner: Chicken and vegetable stir fry with some rice in the rice cooker bam. Next day, chicken salad lunch. Dinner green chili chicken burritos or some shit. There are very obvious and easy ways to avoid this which have been already pointed out in the thread.
>meal prep one part of the meal, serve over different food like mashed potatoes vs rice
>meal prep multiple meals
>cook one meal, eat left overs another
>have different sides with each meal (baked potatoes, salad, pasta, bread, ect.)
>>18567403
You are weak minded if you can't stand eating a meal three days in a row, especially if you punctuate it with different snacks/a different meal throughout the day. Either that, or your cooking sucks so much eating that often is unbearable. Maybe it is even a mix of the two? And you call other people cattle for, of all things, being more efficient with their time and effort.

Your fridge isn't magic, you're eating gross shit but you're just fine with it. I would do it too if food didn't become gross after more than a couple of days, why do you think we do it anyway? We like the convenience of having food in the fridge, we just know what happens after a couple of days.

The real meal prep is modular meal prep. Cooking up ground beef and adding it to pasta, tacos, and other dishes escaping me at the moment or cooking some chicken breast and shredding it up to throw in salads, tacos, or other dishes. You have that shit on deck then all you need to do is something simple like chop and sauté veggies, boil pasta, open a can of beans, etc...

Also pork chops can be broiled in like 5 minutes. Put a sweet potato in the oven (or microwave if you're really in a rush), pop open a can of green beans, get some apple sauce and you've got a great meal with minimal effort.

I'm busy as fuck and eating during the week is easy as fuck if you're not retarded about shopping and cooking. Having some pre-made seasoning mixes like pic related is key. Also remembering to prep meats with a marinade. If I'm cooking chicken or pork tenderloin you already know‐jo it's going in mojo.
