Use mason jars with reusable lids. You can make a whole bunch at once and portion them individually. Just remember steel cut may take more than 24 hours to soak through.

I love both of these and make them together so I have a blend. Mix in PB and its amazing. I just use a large pot on the stove. Takes 25 mins no need for overnight.
