Overpriced salsa, reddit ketchup with seed oils for no reason. Tomato is the first ingredient on the ingredients list. Don't be a damned fool and avoid all of these terrible products.

Yellowbird's blue agave sriracha sauce is my favorite of theirs. My all time favorite sauce is probably this. Hits the perfect balance of peppery, smokey, tangy, and spicey. I stay away from anything with pepper extract in it unless I just want to add a little bit of heat without changing the overall flavor of a dish.

I have always enjoyed my food, but never been fussy, if I go to a restaurant I have pretty much always enjoyed the experience and like to try new things.

Around 18 months ago this all changed...

I had some hot sauce in the fridge given to me as a gift. I cooked some poached eggs for breakfast and decided to add this rather than my normal salt/pepper.

I'm now a shadow of my former self. The sauce added so much flavour and depth to what I already thought was a delicious breakfast... it blew my mind...

It is now IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy food without some kind of spice. I genuinely feel unsatisfied if food doesn't have some kind of kick. The average restaurant experience is now ruined. Bland food genuinely upsets me now and I look down upon people who have not been 'awakened' to the point that I have had arguments.

That sauce you may ask was none other than the Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce. Vark on gentlemen.

this guy is of course wrong and angry at food on a food board. The overarching flavor of the original habenero one is Carrot.

Essentially it's carrot-habenero sauce. If you like the carrot you like the 'vark. If not, no.

I agree with this yellowbird habenero was a fav of my brother. i liked the agave sriracha one best as its like a sweeter sriracha. good shit.

For the time spent living in NOLA I'd like to shout out Crystal of course but also "Louisiana" brand hot sauce which Im not sure is really sold outside of dixie. The best NOLA style hot cayenne sauces were the milder ones.
