Limiting to the parameters of OP makes it harder. My favorite is wings, but that doesnt feel hearty enough for a last meal. A good steak and potato is hard to fuck up but kind of boring. Think I'd join the chicken parm club, with an entire loaf of garlic bread and a big glass of whole milk.
