Never had corned beef hash from a can before, tried the kroger brand and it was really weird. It tasted ok but smelled really off while frying it up. I added some of those frozen peppers and onions and cracked an egg into it before eating. The heat from the hash cooks the egg.

Not terrible, but I'm unlikely to buy it again.

I suggest added more potato. The ratio is a little corned-beef heavy for me. A pack of frozen hashbrowns is quick and cheap and takes it to a higher level. I put tobasco on mine
