i love my brunswick, but I don't get the olive oil can because, it's probably not olive oil in it, just olive-flavoured soy oil.

>>18207737
forget it deenz-san. crab-cake style sardines would probably taste like shit.
get yourself a can of salmon and make salmon cakes.

out of my head, for one small can of tuna:
>two big pinches of minced chives,
>pinch of pepper, a little bit of salt
>a tea spoon of dijon mustard
>hafl or one egg
>a can of tuna
>1/2 cup bread crumbs or crushed toated toast
>pepper flakes if you want

mix everything together nicely without making a paste

split it into two patties
pan nice and hot
fry them in the pan with butter or olive oil

tried some deenz for the first time in my life yesterday. despite being kind of a bitch scared of new strong foods, i actually kinda liked it, although it was strong. eating it on toast helped, but is there anything more interesting i can do with it?

>> No.18210628

I only eat brisling sardines. I don't eat the normal stuff. The spine is fucking disgusting and it's like eating tenderized grains of sand.

I sure hope not, it's the only one I've been eating besides the chili one that they stopped selling at the grocery stores here. I've been trying to avoid shit oil and thought it might be the go. What else have you tried?

I just had deenz on toast with tomatoes and blue cheese crumbs. I had no chili sauce left so it was a tad bland.

all of them, I was raised on that stuff.
i buy the water ones, drain them and add true olive oil on it.
i don't like the mustard ones though.
the jalapeno we're good once in a while.

Deenz are kind of expensive where I live, are kippers an acceptable alternative? I just want canned fish that won't give me mercury poisoning.
