You need 140mg of salt a day and you get that from eating almost any food

A LIMIT of 2g of salt is recommended since excess salt is so bad for you. Visually especially with your bloated salt face

A low sodium diet is almost impossible for people in modern times to follow so people cope and say actually 4g of salt a day is good for you

There is an excellent scientific book named the __ for salt (can’t remember the word, it’s a synonym of search, struggle...) which is an exhaustive review of the importance of salt for animals. It’s like 700 pages long and extremely well, I mean it extremely well documented. I remember reading in it that many primitive tribes used to burn then geind the bones of their dead ones, then put the bone powder in a liquid meal they ate religiously, sourced from many reports of explorers in LatAm and the islands in SE Asia centuries ago.
But every type of mineral - calcium, sodium, potassium, is comprehensively reviewed and all relevant studies shown.

I could only find info on one guy claiming this but no real proof. I think honey is good for us and I know that some people have been documented consuming large amounts of it and doing fine, but you can't entirely live off of it. 2k calories of honey has like 2g of protein and no fat, so you would definitely develop a deficiency.

Most food has enough water in it to at least stop you from dying from dehydration. Some Africans survive on milk and blood for long periods, that sounds more viable than honey alone.
