I make my green tea with no sweetener at all. Its basically a tea flavored water that I drink all day long. So at least 4 big glasses id say.

It has no calories because there is no added Sugar or Honey.

I run my water distiller at least once a day, generating about 3 L per cycle. The distilled water goes straight to exactly pic rel which is then sealed from dust with some cling wrap. The top shelf of my fridge always has 4 of these pitches. i have 2 overflow pitchers sitting on top of the fridge ready to take the place of the empties in the fridge. When I started doing this, I bought polycarbonate pitchers, high quality ones that cost $50 each, and I could taste the plastic. Stainless is not absolutely safe either. Went to glass pitchers, cheaper than steel or polycarb, and never looked back. My only fault is that I never wash them. But I'm only using distilled water, which means virtually no sediment or scale on the glass. At most I give them a good rinse on the outside at the handle and the surfaces where dust might settle.

Since distilled water doesn’t contain its own minerals, it has a tendency to pull them from whatever it touches to maintain a balance. So when you drink distilled water, it may pull small amounts of minerals from your body, including from your teeth.

Storing distilled water could be more of a problem. Distilled water can pull in minerals from any material it touches. This means it can absorb trace amounts of plastic or whatever substance is in the container that’s holding it.
