pack of bacon for $5
6lbs of lentils for $4
10lbs of rice for $4
3lbs of onions for $4
1 bunch of celery for $1.50
1 bag of carrots for $1
1 bulb of garlic for $.50

Dice up a strip or two of bacon and fry it. Saute diced garlic, carrots, celery and onions in the fat. Add the lentils and a cut up potato. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over rice.

That's two weeks of food for under $20. You can eat better on $10 per week, but you'll need to spend all $40 at the beginning of the month and buy in bulk. You'll want to add potatoes, or some other source of vitamin C eventually, though.

Breakfast:
>Oats with butter and discount fruit (like $1 bag of bruised fruit from a corner market)
>Eggs with hot sauce

Lunch and dinner:
>Carbs: lentils/dry beans, rice, potatoes. These should make up a large portion of each meal.
>Protein: rotisserie chicken. Look at sales each week from all stores and get whatever is cheapest fresh or frozen. Buy bulk sized family packs and freeze what you don't eat. Buy a lot of it's really cheap. Use meat sparingly in meals.
>Fat: Lard, bacon fat, olive oil
>Veg: Frozen mixed veg/broccoli/spinach, whatever is on sale super cheap buy a lot and preserve it. Use it to add variety to meals.

Shop sales always, only drink water, cook every meal yourself. Salt, paper, and hot sauce are your friends. The hard part about eating cheap is not wanting to puke after reading the same meal again and again. This makes you splurge on fast food goyslop so make sure to mix in variety using cheap sale items.

>> No.18187611

You should really save up some money and buy in bulk. Beyond the staples of rice, beans and other vegetables, you should see if you can find cheese for cheap. In my country what's cheap is:

Whole chicken (tho since you have to debone it and de-skin it I'd say its not the cheapest given a lot of weight is just stuff you won't use)

Pork. Particularily pork thigh. Somewhat filled with connective tissue so bake it for a while

Eggs. Theyre getting more expensive but you can manage. Still cheaper than beef

Fresh cheese. No idea how to store it so it doesnt get funky but its a solid source of protein. Could also be yogurth sometimes.

Powdered milk. Get the good stuff and not the "dairy product". It's a little bit cheaper than actual milk and it's more versatile.

Buy just one of these. I'd say save up $40 and get storage friendly stuff. And be careful with moths.

Fine, then he can take from my example of how I store a whole chicken for myself:
>remove giblets
>section off the legs and breast
>debone the thigh and drumstick meat
>keep skin on all sections
broth:
>throw the giblets, carass with wings attached and leg bones into a stock pot and fill with water until it's just covered
>bring to a boil, skim off any scum that rises to the surface
>once there's no scum, add veggies and scraps for flavor (chopped whole heads of garlic, quartered onions, chunks of carrot, herbs as an example)
>reduce heat and simmer for 4+ hours
meat:
>season your chicken breast, thighs, and leg meat with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
>bake in an even layer, skin side up, at 425 for 25-30 minutes
>remove, let cool, and store/freeze meat how you like
>pour the remaining drippings from the bakeware into your stock, these are flavors, fats, and healthy collagen compounds
broth 2:
>once it's done, strain to remove all solids
>store broth in single servings in the freezer (bags or small tubs)
>use as a base for cheap soups, porridges, and curries
>5g protein per cup, lots of flavor
This is $15 worth of food that last for 10 or more meals. Costs less depending on the chicken you get

Break down your shopping into protein (pb, eggs, meats, fish), carbs (pasta, bread, flour), veg, herbs/spices, and grocery (soap etc). Then bookmark the ad pages of every store within range. Every week pop open the ads and see what the sales are. Over time you will get a sense of the real price of foods and what is a deal to spend on.

Some tips:

>Buy in bulk at the lowest price then shop for smaller amounts as you go
>find the discount aisles in each store you visit, they all have at least one area
>Immigrant markets are your FRIEND. Find where they are and get their ads.
>You can buy some food and toiletries online cheaper, and at higher quality (e.g., bulk bags of good rice, paper, etc)
>If you have the room freeze your on-sale protein and get your veg fresh
>Potatoes, onions, and carrots sell dirt cheap in bulk bags. Learn to cook with these.
>Rice is a staple and there are a thousand ways to eat it
>Learn recipes that stretch out proteins with vegetables, rice, and pastas
>oatmeal and oatmeal accessories
>search for deals on herbs and spices like a thirsty simp and over a long period of time you will build a formidable spice collection

It is righteous to steal from evil/“the monopolies”.

Do you want me to say Jews are a bunch of big smart right super heroes and not a bunch of moronic fuckups that shit themselves and suffer from mind-break when people reveal their true feelings?

God you all really need to utmost coddling and love eh? It’s as if you lash out at Nazis because you want Nazis to hug you.

Fucking annoying freaks.

You’ll get all the hugs and love you want from Nazis etc if you reveal your true feelings and admit you are the biggest fuckups in world history.

Besides, Nazis are Yahweh.
You really should be repent.
People do not have a thought to give to your bs anymore. Holding back progress won’t have everyone love you. But letting progress happen will give you the love you seek.
