This is probably completely fucking retarded, but I don't eat animals that weren't raised in a farm. I always check my seafood to make sure it's actually raised in a fishery. It has meant that I no longer eat shellfish, which really tears at my soul, but having moved to Denver, it's easier on the wallet.
