Bacon Bones and Potato Soup is a rich creamy soup dish prepared with Bacon Bones slowly cooked until meat falls of the bone together with carrots, potatoes, celery and onions on a cream soup base.

Sprig of rosemary and some whole peppercorns. Simmer these mafcks until they're cooked or whatever.

I only soaked them in water so I didn't have to cut them later. Root vegetables get all ducky if you cut them and leave them sitting there.
Young season of fennel salt and pepper. Pour that stock over and get boiling. I have definitely over done it here, but we're already balls deep in this so we're going to give 'er.
