all i can eat without hurting is meat, fish, nuts, pumpkin seeds, eggs, dates, coffee beans, and unsweetened chocolate
so naturally i eat them a lot because they're the only tasty crunchy thing i can thrive off of/the only protein source i can utilize when i get sick of meat

in a general sense they are probably the highest density food calorie wise, to the point two handfuls is like a meal, so if you really need quick energy or want to bulk up they're useful
