Why would you EVER make ramen without some form of egg in it? Whether it's scrambled, poached, soft boiled, hard boiled, or whatever, you gotta have an egg. At this point ramen manufacturers should include adding an egg on the instructions because it is the default way to eat packaged ramen.

Like I would disgrace my household with Japanese ramen lol. Korean ramen is the best. Pic related is the OP pic as well.

I love dipping medium-boiled eggs into ramen.

I've only ever made scrambled eggs.
Bros, are non-scrambled eggs worth it? I sometimes consider trying eggs a different way but don't want to waste a perfectly good scramble on something less good.

yes i would say that both eggs over easy/medium and omelets are excellent, for different reasons. eggs over easy are great for enjoying the egg by itself or adding to dishes (for example on top of rice and pork with condiments, or huevos rancheros) whereas omelets are a great vehicle for other incredients. i made a mushroom and swiss omelet yesterday which was nothing short of scrumptious. and you can take that to the bank, Frank!

I can't eat ramen without fresh garlic/chives but eggs are a close second, just adds so much body and depth to the flavour.
