Depends. If I'm just sad maybe something simple and delicious to cheer myself up. Often times I'm sad or upset because I'm hungry, so it works as a double whammy.

If I'm really fucked up I'll either starve myself and then eat very simple foods that take minimal effort to make. I can cook so I just put in the extreme minimum amount of effort.
