Weed is legal and used mostly by older people in my town. There's one shop for the younger crowd but the other two are more medical and older folk. There's loads of culinary applications. Anti-weed shitters live in places with garbage laws and are almost always under age inexperienced shut ins.

I made Satan's testicles once - the recipe needs work... Needs more sugar, oil/butter, a pinch more salt, and maybe some cinnamon or something.

I make green shortbread cookies for people - always a hit, but you have to lean into the dudeweedlmao flavour. I also make chocolate truffles - so far almond, mango and ginger with lime zest is the winning flavour combination, but it does hide the weed flavour - definitely something to start off the night, not something to discover when you've got the munchies or you'll eat the whole batch.

The basics are basic
>Weed butter
Wrap some bud - or kif, a shittonne of stems, leaves and seeds, whatever - in foil and bake at 240-ish for at least half an hour (no more than 2, unless your oven is full of weed). Put in a pot or crockpot with a splash of liquor, liqueur, and/or water, and a bunch of butter, and put on the lowest setting - just barely simmering for a few hours. Turn off and let cool. Pull butter puck from any remaining liquid, gently melt, and pour through a fine mesh strainer to get the vegetation back out.
>Shortbread
Roughly 3:3:1 by weight (green)butter and flour to icing/confectioners sugar. Cream the butter with some vanilla, slowly add the icing sugar until smooth, then the flour. You can refrigerate and cut it (I find it's a little better), or roll it out, cut it, and let it rest a bit. Poke the bastids and bake at 350F for about 10 mins.

somewhere between 3:2:1 and 4:2:1 chocolate to cream to (green) butter
Simmer the cream and butter with whatever flavourings (ginger, mango, lemon zest and almonds), strain or stick blend, and pour over cold shaved pure chocolate or reasonably pure chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate. Make little supremes or balls, coat with melted chocolate, cocoa, crushed nuts, whatever. Refrigerate or freeze if not eating soon - they don't really freeze hard, so you can eat them right out of the freezer.

>take weed, grind it up
>mix it into peanut butter, Nutella, or both
>microwave or heat on stove top, just enough so it’s liquid enough to spread easily
>spread it on pic rel or ritz crackers
>bake at like 350 for 5-10 minutes
>let cool
Eat them fast and hard lad, they will not go down easy but they will get the job done.

Wow, I forgot 4/20 was a thing but it's great timing, I just now filtered out a new batch of green dragon. This is a homemade concentrate, the weed equivalent of bathtub whiskey.
Pic rel. The amount in the dropper is about 2 servings, I'm going to put them under my tongue and in about 20 minutes I'll be stoned to the bejeezus.
Really neat timing, I like sharing this recipe, it's neat and more people should make it.

Here's a pic where you can see the color a little better.
This is basically
>Ground, decarboxylated weed, 1g
>Extreme high proof alcohol, I use everclear 190. 1oz.
Scale recipe to any size, this is about 16g of marijuana.
Put both ingredients in a mason jar, shake, put it in a water bath, uncovered. Heat until alcohol is barely simmering, about 168 and no hitter than 170. Leave it at that temp about five minutes. Take it out, cover the jar, put it in the closet for a month, shake it every couple days.
Strain and enjoy, a few drops under the tongue is all it takes. If you don't like the burn you can mix it with water, I always do but I know some people use 151 or regular 80 proof vodka and they do not.

It's very very very important to be well ventilated when heating the alcohol, the fumes are explosive and can also give you or your pets alcohol poisoning. Also no open flame anywhere, treat it like butane extraction.

If you're talking about making the butter, you gotta just kind of feel that shit, but if you're making some sweets with a good little buzz, a good sized nug of high test, or two good nugs of casual good-time weed will do a pound of butter. Cut in half for people who tend to eat more than one, or double up to make people regret knowing you.
