Salt is not needed, nor is the vortex part. Just buy really fresh eggs, like less that a week old. Also what kind of recipe is that, "cook for 2 min or double that time"

My dad would always make his eggs by cracking one into a small skillet, adding a little water, and covering it. He would call that a "poached egg." Obviously not a poached egg but what would you even call that?
