do you guys sell food at farmers markets

how is it, I'm in a large micropolitan area, and I'm planning to do curtis stone style spin farming and probably grow some mushrooms as well, I haven't seen anyone try this and see no businesses in that model in like a 30 mile area around me

While at uni, I got the permits and certification to start a sandwich cart at the weekend farmer's market in town. Would you believe that they didn't have a single fucking sandwich shop before me? All sortsa other shit, but no sandwiches.

Anyway, I had homemade breads. Homemade lunchmeats. Homemade condiments. Homemade drinks. Only things not homemade were the cheese, the soymilk and the ice (fuck making that much ice all at once, I just bought a few bags of it at the Wawa along the way).
Earned quite a bit of money doing it, too, especially considering I only had it opened two days per week from 10am-4pm.

Thread update, this was a lie, I don't actually grow or sell cucumbers. I have bought cucumbers at a farmer's market before and they were pretty good though
