Same, I know there's always a risk when I eat one of them.
I have the principle that if I get the urge to eat bread (which is delicious but fucks my stomach up) I just chew on these instead, but because I easily binge them I get stomach problems regardless.
Doesn't help that I love smearing butter and peanut butter on them.
