Yes, there is supposed to be protein, they have fucked up. Contrary to popular belief "Nutrition Facts" labeling is not subject to any regulation or testing (which is not to say it isn't based on nothing). Here you can see there is a difference between soybean tofu and soybean "curd" (which is also called "cheese", which I've never eaten, and I suppose that means it is fermented in some other way. At any rate there are nutritional differences, here in the 40 gram serving. No doubt about it, these foods are high in protein, almost as much as chicken (6g/40g) by mass
