Anyone else here not a vegan but chooses not to eat cows specifically?
I just don't feel right eating cows simply because they're so cute, and emotionally intelligent.
I'm OK with consuming cow dairy products as low as they were made ethically but eating a cow doesn't feel right.

No she wouldn't.

But your dog or cat would. Yet eating a dog or cat (in the west) is considered more taboo than eating a cow.

Eh I've read about other cultures too that relied on dairy products and they'd avoid killing their cows unless it wasn't going to survive for some reason or perhaps for a really special occasion. And some cultures during summer months would mainly drink milk for all their calories since it was abundant during that time. Makes sense just from the perspective of maintaining enough food that you wouldn't want to kill an animal that can give you lots of milk instead. Some people feel similarly about chickens and eggs too.

No, they really aren't. I used to bottle feed calves and sell them. Bulls are just as sweet as heifers and steers are as long as they're socialized with. Only problem is that bulls like to rub up and headbutt you. They don't many anything by it, but you can easily get hurt if you're a retard.
