its honestly a very comparable amount of effort, the only time addition is having to chop a tomato and some lettuce. the choice of bread really doesn't matter, new york puritans be damned. anyway though the main point i wanted to make is that crumbling up the beef in the pan so you get more browning and crispy bits makes for a much better sandwich than actually making a patty
