Now add a pinch of fresh parsley or chives.

Whisk eggs with a smidge of dijon. Pairs especially well with mozzarella, parm, or gouda cheeses (haven't tried anything else tbf). Seasoning eggs with smoked paprika, onion/garlic powder, and of course salt (depending on how much cheese and/or other condiments) and pepper is always a winner.

I usually put just milk in my eggs but I tried cream instead and it gave the eggs such a good, rich taste and soft texture. Kalamata olives are good in scrambled eggs. Green onions, too.

adding grated parmesan, black pepper, and dill to mashed potatoes is quite good.
this combination as a spread for a meatloaf and bacon sandwich using toasted garlic bread makes it even better.

Soy sauce on a cut cherry tomato, way better than just salted tomato. Soy sauce on any fish (cooked or raw) is a better condiment than ketchup or tartar sauce. I recently got a sushi making kit for my birthday and have been using the soy sauce on many things, those are the good experiences so far.

Also "vinagrettes" being 3/4th oil is bullshit, you can literally spritz a tiny amount of oil and add balsamic,salt and lemon and make salads taste pro tier.
